This notice describes the current website and email practices of the S2T Foundation pre-formation initiative.
Information we receive
This website does not currently use account registration, donation forms, advertising pixels, or first-party analytics. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, organization, and message.
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical records such as IP address, device or browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. These records are used to deliver, protect, troubleshoot, and measure the reliability of the site.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate possible pilot participation, operate and secure the site, meet legal obligations, and improve proposed public-benefit programs. We do not sell personal information.
Information received by the Foundation initiative is not shared with S2T Consulting, S2T Technology, Thomas Capital Holdings, or another related commercial company for its independent sales or marketing. A service provider may process information only to provide an authorized service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Choice, retention, and security
Do not email Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account details, passwords, or other sensitive information. We retain routine inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose received, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. No system can promise absolute security.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational exceptions, by emailing shaun@s2tfoundation.org.
Children and program participants
This public website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Any future program involving minors or protected populations will require a separate safeguarding, consent, and data-minimization process before enrollment.
