S2T Foundation is not yet a formed nonprofit corporation and has not received federal tax-exempt recognition. This page will become the public home for governance, filings, finances, program results, and related-party disclosures.

Governance commitments

Independence

A majority-independent board is the design target. Related-party matters require disclosure, recusal, comparable terms, and approval by disinterested directors.

Separation

S2T Foundation is not owned by Thomas Capital Holdings, S2T Consulting, or S2T Technology. Data, finances, governance, and program decisions must remain separate.

Public benefit

Programs must be selected for mission fit and community value, not as a commercial lead-generation channel.

Evidence

Pilots will publish goals, measures, limitations, and learning before expansion.

Articles, bylaws, conflict policy, banking resolution, and organizational minutes are in attorney-review draft
Whistleblower, document-retention, gift-acceptance, financial-control, privacy, safeguarding, accessibility, and responsible-AI policies are being assembled
