Status and no solicitation
S2T Foundation is a proposed public-benefit initiative. It is not yet a formed nonprofit corporation, has no Employer Identification Number, and has not applied for or received federal tax-exempt recognition. Nothing on this site is a charitable solicitation, promise that a program is available, or representation that a payment would be tax deductible. This site does not currently accept donations.
Informational use
Content is provided for general information and planning. It is not legal, tax, investment, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Program concepts, schedules, eligibility, collaborators, and outcomes may change before launch.
Acceptable use
You may view and share links to public pages for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, misrepresent affiliation, scrape personal information, or use site content to harm others.
Content and names
Unless otherwise identified, site text, design, and original materials are reserved by their respective owner pending formal assignment or license to the future entity. “S2T Foundation” identifies the proposed nonprofit initiative; it does not mean the initiative owns or controls separately identified S2T companies.
